The investigative file with the arrested chief prosecutor of Vlora, Aurel Zarka, and his former colleague Klodian Braho who ordered the handcuffing, shows how the friendships ended when one of the colleagues turns into a suspect after breaking the law.
The prosecutor of the Braho case is unofficially known to have asked the anti-corruption court to approve four personal security measures, among them a prison sentence for the chief prosecutor of Vlora, Aurel Zarka, who is unofficially declared to have been discovered by Sky Ecc communications program trying to stop an investigation.
The other three who have not been handcuffed yet are Eriona Daupaj, and the two lawyers Radovan Cela and Astrit Vladi. As Top Channel learns, the last three turned out to have left the country a few days ago, while having personal security measures against them, like the one that was executed against the chief prosecutor of Vlora.
Sources told Top Channel that it is about the suspension of an investigation that was a subdivision of the Toyota Yaris case, as Astrit Vladi appears as a mediator in communications. The latter is the cousin of Elvis Vladi, convicted for 3.4 million euros hidden in the Toyota Yaris vehicle.
For four others, the investigations were stopped, and as it is known in Sky Ecc, the conversations of those who won from justice mention the names of the suspects, since money laundering they won from the former serious crimes, first through incompetence and then the lack of evidence. SPAK has not yet announced this investigation, while it is unofficially accepted that another file is being prepared on the matter.
