Vice Chair of High Council of Justice, Kreshnik Spahiu met students
of different Balkan countries who are visiting Tirana as part of a project for
learning from the experience of all countries of the region, in order to promote
the integration process.
The students showed interest for the Albanian law system, and the way this system treats identity according contemporary concepts.
Spahiu declared during this meeting that Albania will be accepted in EU only after strengthening the rule of law and other basic parameters which are essential for its functionality, such as the balance of powers, and especially for making each institution exert its duties and competencies independently from each other.
