SP to Meta: “Meta made typical Gruevski threats”

The Socialist Party MP, Taulant Balla, answered to the declaration of
the Socialist Movement for Integration leader, Ilir Meta, who said that
he would not decree Prime Ministers who violate the free vote.
“We voted you to become President. You were elected by our votes. Give our vote back and do whatever you want with your party. You cannot threaten anyone, and you cannot start political roads for the interests of the SMI”, Balla said, reminding him that the role of the President is supposed to be for unification of the country, not for divisions.
Balla said that Meta’s threate were similar to Gruevski’s, which he considers not only antidemocratic, but also unacceptable for a newly elected President.
