The Socialist Party will abstain in the voting for the Presidential decree about the new General Prosecutor.
Socialist MP, Taulant Balla, declared that SP is not against the candidacy, but against the procedure.
President Bujar Nishani decreed Mr. Adriatic Llalla as the next General Prosecutor.
Nishani values the long experience of Mr.Llalla and his consensual election as General Inspector of the High Inspectorate of Declaration and Audit of Assets, which, according to Nishani, has also been praised by the international partners for its independence and consolidated functionality.
