SP sues Tirana Municipality

The Socialist Municipal Councilors Group, led by Aldrin Dalipi, has
filed a suit at the Tirana Prosecution against the Mayor of Tirana,
Lulzim Basha, and other leaders of the Municipality, over power abuse.
The suit is related with the works that are being made at the Skenderbej Square. According to the Socialist Councilors, the works are conducted without a project or permission, and against the legal procedures.
The suit underlines that it is unknown the real cost of the works, which based on volume, might reach 1 million EUR.
After the suits for abuses in the Durres-Kukes road, when he was Minister of Public Works, and after the suit for the Maritime Agreement with Greece when he was Foreign Minister, and after the suit for the January 21st killings of the 4 protestors, when he was Interior Minister, Basha will be sued again for the works at the Skenderbej Square, in the first days of his mandate as Mayor of Tirana.
The General Prosecution was notified for this suit.
