Ulsi Manja, Chairman of the Commission of Laws, reiterated the Socialist Party stance against the Prosecution, regarding the investigation of the CEZ case.
“The Prosecution is trying to close one of the biggest corruption cases, the CEZ case. Who gave them the right to treat the Albanian justice as a market, serving to corruptive and political interests?”, Manja said, adding that the Prosecution has turned into an instrument of politics and injustice.
Manja said that the justice process for CEZ will not stop. He appealed the honest Prosecutors of the system to wait for the Vetting Law, because “the time has come for the good ones to be set aside from the bad ones”.
