Within two days the public will know the legal way that Socialist Party
will follow for opposing the decision that Central Election Commission
took this Monday.
This was confirmed by Eridian Salianji, Socialist Party lawyer, who told Top Show that a team of lawyers are working on the case.
Salianji revealed that the case will be appealed again at CEC, since this institution acted as a Zonal Election Commission. After that, the appeal will go at the Electoral College, which will evaluate the procedure followed by CEC during miscast ballots assessment.
According to him, this is an illegal procedure and will be rejected by the Electoral College.
