SP: “Guarantees for opposition on June 18th elections”

The declaration says that the SP welcomes this final effort and will patiently wait, hoping until the final moment of the official electoral campaign for a positive result.

“The Socialist Party expresses its regret for the media abuses created by the so-called opposition’s coalition, abuses made to a very serious and delicate process which will help returning the Democratic Party back to the path of reason.

The commitment of our strategic US partners is welcome and is considered by us as the last chance for the Democratic Party to give up their blackmails and threats, and return back to the democratic race.

The Socialist Party welcomes this last effort and will patiently wait for a positive result. For the SP, positive results means guarantee for the opposition, as never before, by respecting the Constitution, the Law, the interest of our citizens and the benevolent suggestions of our international partners.

The philosophy of the Socialist Party, incarnated in our program and our daily state-forming battle, is to not exclude anyone without a reason. The rules of Democratic Co-Existence are not valid just for citizens, but also for political parties. No political party can pretend to go above these rules. The Socialist Party believes that we should be the model of our state-forming efforts, not model of a force that break the rules which no citizen is allowed to break.

The European Albania for the Socialist Party is not just a slogan, but a decent state where no one is above the Constitution and the law.
