SP gathers structures in Elbasan, Ruci: “Decriminalization is being misused”

The Socialist Party of Elbasan gathered this Tuesday with the presence
of MP Taulant Balla and the Head of the SP Parliamentary Group, Gramoz
Ruci.
Ruci said the meeting is held for restructuring and preparing the SP for the next elections. He also mentioned the decriminalization issue, which, he says, is being misused by the opposition, since the commission led by them has not brought any draft, according to Ruci.
MP Taulant Balla declared that the country will soon have a law for decriminalization, which will not allow people with a criminal past to be appointed in leading roles of the administration.
Ruci said that the resignation of Armand Prenga serves to him and the party itself, and that no one should comment his situation until trial.
