Socialist Party declared that the first decision taken by the Electoral
College today, for rejecting the case about Zonal Election Commission
49, is totally illegal.
According to the opposition, the judges were unable to take the right decision, due to political pressures.
“The decision of the Electoral College is not based on law. The decision clearly shows that the Electoral College has difficulties to serve justice. The Electoral College was unable to decide based on law and not on politics”, says that Socialist Party declaration.
The press release says that the Socialist Party will continue to demand its rights in the doors of justice institutions.
