The Socialist Party accused the DP leader, Lulzim Basha, of giving an
abusive construction permit in the center of Tirana six days before
leaving power.
“Basha approved the construction of an abusive building, 16 floors in the land of a diplomatic see, in the center of Tirana, without respecting any urban law and by putting in danger the buildings around. Is this power abuse? The man who never showed at his office came six days before leaving power. This is the biggest betrayal of Lulzim Basha”, declared MP taulant Balla from the Socialist HQ.
Balla asked the Prosecution to investigate the declarations.
