SP, Balla: “Vetting law will remove corrupted politicians. Opposition doesn’t want it”

The Socialist Party MP, Taulant Balla, declared in Elbasan that Albania
has the only opposition in the world that doesn’t want elections.
“There is no country in the world where the opposition doesn’t want elections. Their purpose is to delay the vetting law. They have parliamentary seats today, and they don’t want to enter the Parliament and vote the Vetting”, Balla said.
He underlined that Albania needs the judiciary reform, because the vetting law will revive the judiciary system, and by vetting corrupted judges and prosecutors, corrupted politicians will be vetted too.
“It is very necessary for Albania to save itself from corrupted politicians. This cannot be done without cleaning the judiciary system”, Balla said.
Balla added that the SP can win the June 18th elections even on their own.
