SP and SMI keep cooperating at Durres Municipal Council

The ruling coalition between the Socialist Party and the Socialist
Movement for Integration, and now SMI is part of the opposition parties.
Regardless, both parties united their votes in te Durres Municipal
Council.

While the Democratic Party councilors boycotted the first meeting of the Municipal Council, the SMI councilors were present and voted in favor of several investment funds.

The PJIU and Republican Party members were also part of the meeting.
