SP: Alarm for property ownership manipulation

Artan Lame declared from the Socialist Party headquarters that the
property ownership manipulation situation in the entire country is
alarming. He said that the outgoing government is abusing with the
protected property and the national parks, such as the case of Narta.

Lame accused the agency for the return of properties to the rightful owners, and warned that every illegal decision of the Berisha government will be canceled in September.

“In the last months there has been a large number of abusive decisions in protected areas and national park. They are abusing with the Dajti Park, the Rrushkull Area, the protected area of Vjosa and other places.

The urgency of the thieves is preparing the manipulation of a 600 hectares property in the Vjose-Narta area. The Ministry of Environment is trying to manipulate the status of this area to allow constructions.

Part of this perverse mechanism is the Agency of Property Return and Compensation, which after eight years of hibernation, in the last weeks of August started distributing hundreds of hectares around the country.

We appeal all these outgoing directors to stop with these abusive decisions that will be cancelled in September’, Lame declared.
