SP accuses Basha again

The Socialist Councilors at the Tirana Municipality accused Mayor Lulzim
Basha and asked him to meet the businesses for getting to know the real
number of unemployed during the first year of his administration.

The left councilors also accuse Basha of causing thousands of small businesses to close, due to his bad governing and the quadrupled taxes.

“The truth is that businesses have higher taxes and prices today. All Mr. Basha needs to do to verify this is to visit the market and hear them say how the taxes have been tripled and doubled. 1700 businesses have been closed in the last 6 months, which means that more than 5000 people have lost their jobs. Today, one year after Basha usurped the city, things are much worse”, declared Councilor Arber Mazniku.

Another issue mentioned by the councilor is that of the students, who are seeing no difference from the much promised student cards.

“Basha can meet the students and tell them why the promised cards are not entering their pockets after they spend hours in the institutions’ doors”, Mazniku added.

Basha’s administration marked the first year a few days ago, and the Socialist Councilors faced him with the electoral promises.
