The Parliamentary Commission for investigating the privatization of the
Energy Distribution Operator to the Czech company “CEZ”, decided that if
mediator Nue Kalaj will not testify until Monday, they will summon
Shkelzen Berisha as a witness, son of former PM Berisha.
The opposition asked for the former CEZ Director in Albania, Josef Hajsek, to also come and testify. The procedure for making this possible will be followed by the Ministry of Justice.
Meanwhile, at the other Investigative Commission, requested by the Democratic Party, which invesetigates the government’s decision to terminate the agreement with CEZ degraded into offensive debates.
