Diber, one of the strongholds of the right coalition, has turned to the
left coalition with a razor-sharp difference. MAyor Ilir Krosi lost the
office to his rival, Shukri Xhelili, a special victory for the
Socialists of Peshkopia.
“One cannot stand the same people for 25 years. If we don’t serve to Diber, after four years we will not look for your vote. We will turn Diber in a construction site”, MP Ulsi Manja declared.
