Socialist Party invites DP leader to dialogue for Electoral Reform

The majority wants a political table with the leaders of main parliamentary parties.

“Our desire is to institutionalize a high-level political meeting to address what we agree and what we disagree on. This meeting should unite us for the sake of Albania’s EU integration. The most important political parties of the country should be part of it, and their representation should be from the highest level, with the party leader. We must identify the things that unite us, but the Socialist Party cannot act as a functional adjacent of the Democratic Party. You cannot sit to a dialogue table with conditions. It is on Albania’s interest for us to institutionalize constructive political dialogue”, declared Taulant Balla, Chairman of the Socialist Party Parliamentary Group.
