The candidate of the majority for the municipality of Dibra, Muharrem
Rama, held electoral meetings with the administrative units of Arras,
Cidhen and Mustafe.
Rama promised to finalize the Lusha Bridge, pave roads that connect villages with the urban area, create a collector for drinking water, regulate the sewage system, establish and maintain the irrigation canals, create a market for agricultural products, improve the health and education system and promote tourism in the area.
Rama asked the Arras citizens to join with their vote to the victory of September 11th.
