The counting process is not foficially over. 7% of the ballot boxes are still to be counted
From 93% of the total ballots, the SP appears to be the most voted for the council, with 26.36% of the votes. The DP comes second with 19.98, SMI third and PJIU fourth.
30% of the national vote has gone to smaller parties.
So far, at the Tirana Local Council, the Socialist Party has received 25 seats, the DP 17, PJIU 3 and LZHK, NDS and RP one each.
