Heavy snow precipitations, fog and low temperatures are registered this morning throughout the Kukes district.
National road are covered by snow, while contractors are working to clean them and throw salt.
No problems have been verified with the traffic. Drivers are advised to use winter tire chains, especially in rural areas.
