The “Smile Albania” campaign for a cleaner tourist season started from Gjirokaster and it will go all over Albania for two months.
The Deputy Minister of Environment and Tourism, Ornela Cuci, accompanied by a group of young members from the “Smile Albania” campaign distribute cloth bags that should be used instead of plastic bags.
She said that the teams of young members will promote a cleaner Albania, without the pollution of plastic bags.
The campaign will be extended to border checkpoints, informing visitors to become part of a cleaner Albania.
