The Chairman of the Socialist Movement for Integration Parliamentary
Group, Petrit Vasili, spoke about the justice reform during the first
hours of this morning in Parliament.
Vasili said this was a patriotic and historic consensus that united the Albanian citizens for this reform.
He thanked the international partners for their role and said that their experience and culture have helped the entire process.
When asked if consensus would have been reached without the intervention of Ilir Meta, he said that the Parliament Speaker did what a good citizen and patriot would have done: “Every institutional should take that as a model”, he said.
Vasili was asked about the government coalition, after the voting of the reform, but he refused to answer.
