The Socialist Movement for Integration decided that November 6th will be the final day of the elections for the Party leader.
Luan Rama, from the SMI, said that the last deadline for the candidacies will be September 30th.
Rama underlined that the current leader, Ilir Meta, has reconfirmed his candidacy for leadership, and will be challenged by Shezai Rrokaj.
“This development phase of the SMI is very important for confirming its values and for consolidating its role against political challenges. I invite all members and supporters to be part of the elections and offer their propositions”, said Luan Rama, who added that the other candidacies are also welcome.
