“Anyone who thinks that they can manipulate the votes, for which they
are working right now, they will not be decreed by me as Ministers or as
Prime Ministers. Decrees come only through an honest electoral
process”, Meta said on June 13th.
Socialist Party MP, Gramoz Ruci, replied to this comment:
“If this is what he thinks, he shouldn’t even take the oath for President. It is true that he tried everything, from being an MP, Minister, Prime Minister, Speaker and now President. No one else has done all of these posts. But he will be the first President who will be discharged and the first signature on that paper will be mine”, Ruci replied.
The vice leader of the SMI, Luan Rama, responded this threat made by Ruci by explaining once again the strong declaration of the voted President.
“He will not decree any Prime Minister who comes from stolen elections. I don’t understand why Ruci has a problem with this sentence, which only defends the election standards”, Rama said.
But who decides if the elections were free?
“There are standards defined by the OSCE ODIHR, international standards, and Albanians who are part of this global space, who know how to read and to understand, have the oblgation to contribute for free and fair elections”, Rama said.
