Six MPs of the Democratic Party are charged with resisting the authority of the police.
The Prosecution has obtained footage showing how Flamur Noka, Enkelejd Alibeaj, Gent Strazimiri, Klevis Balliu, Xhemal Gjunkshi and Anton Frrokaj forced themselves into the premises of the Tirana Police Directory, and used violence against the officers.
The Prosecution is investigating for the criminal charge of resisting a police officer by using violence in cooperation.
This investigation started after the February 16th protest.
