Shkoder Police arrested six suspects for the shooting that left Donald Shtjefni seriously wounded.
Several shots were heard this Sunday evening at the Vasil Shanto area of Shkoder. Police acted immediately and arrested six suspects, one still on the run.
The six suspects were divided in two rival gangs and had started shooting from their respective moving cars, in which police found several illegal weapons.
