The constructors’ associations asked the Tirana Municipality to start
consulting with the interest group who claim that the public is
uninformed, since three months have passed since the first presentation.
“The material that was presented leaves many questions unanswered. In these conditions, we fear that this plan will remain a simple formal document and not a technical base for realizing the European construction and development of Tirana. Otherwise, the illegal constructions and legalizations will continue repetitively”, declared Maks Muci, Director of the Constructors’ Association.
The Constructors’ association in Albania raises a series of other questions as regards the detailed plans of the municipality for some of the 600 other areas in the capital.
The constructors’ association appeals the Tirana Municipality to sit and discuss with them the technical and procedural problems of the city.
