Judge Agron Zhukri and Prosecutor Valentin Preci held the trial against Abdullah Dervishi, at his hospital room.
Dervishi is being cured for severe burning, after he caused the explosion of a gas cylinder at his shop, injuring 18 other people.
The Prosecutor declared that Dervishi is accused of violating the technical safety rules, injuring several people and destroying property.
The defendant declared he doesn’t remember any of the events.
Judge Agron Zhukri decided to leave him in prison, but he will stay in hospital until he is cured.
