The Shkoder University Senate suspended the professor Fran Qafa two days
after Top Channel’s “Fiks Fare” showed how he received bribes over a
passing note.
The Shkoder University says these are ugly cases that have nothing to do with the integrating processes and maximal efforts of the University for improving productivity in favor of students.
“Our program focuses on students. Our challenge is to have better quality for graduated students and orient them properly to the job market”, the declaration says.
The declaration concludes with an invitation addressed to students and citizens to become part of the fight against corruption and report similar cases.
