Shkoder, police seizes drug assets

13 apartments and one garage have been seized in Shkoder by the police,
with a value of 700.000 EUR, in cooperation with the district
prosecution.
According to the police, the assets have been blocked to citizen Altin Nderlita, after he was suspected of buying them with money originating from the international drug traffic.
The investigation of this citizen was held in the framework of a criminal trial started in 2011, with him charged of money laundering.
Nderlita was arrested in Germany in 2009 for drug distribution. According to the police, his assets were registered under the name of his mother and aunt.
