Four members of the Socialist Movement for Integration at the Shkoder Municipal Council have joined the Socialist Party in power.
For this decision they blamed the “anti-west coalition between the SMI and DP”.
From 10 councilors in total, the SMI now has only six. These movements came after similar ones in Vlora, Gjirokastra, Elbasan, Belsh, Skrapar and Kurbin, marking this way the start of the battle for the next local elections of 2019.
