Ship dumps fuel, pollutes new fishing port in Durres

A massive pollution has taken place at the new Durres Fishin Port, during last night. The ship that dumped the fuel has not been identified.

The alarm was raised by the Fishing Management Organization, which verified the pollution, while the port is being held hostage by bureaucratic procedures of the Ministry of Agriculture.

The fishing vessels were all moved to the new port this November 2017, but it has not been operating yet, living this important investment out of control.
