Serbia considered it a violation of the Brussels violation when Dejan
Pavicevic, the Serbian official for Prishtina, was stopped from entering
Kosovo.
He was returned at the Merdaran border checkpoint for not having the necessary documents for entering Kosovo.
Pavicevic declared that this has never happened to him, and he appeals the EU to resolve this problem, so that his work can continue normally.
The exchange of diplomats took place after an agreement in Brussels for opening Kosovo offices in Belgrade and Serbian offices in Prishtina.
Officials of both countries work in both capitals through the European Union offices.
