Serbian List, second thoughts about quitting ruling coalition with Haradinaj

The operation of the Kosovo Police in Northern Mitrovica, which led to the arrest of the Serbian government official, Marko Djuric, forced the Serbian List to announce that they would leave the ruling coalition with Haradinaj’s government.

But the divorce has not taken place yet, and local media say that Serbs have not handed over their official vehicles, credit cards or other state-issued perks.

Prime Minister Haradinaj believes they will not leave the government, while Deputy Prime Minister Jetvic, member of the Serbian List, attended the government meeting to make known their stance about Djuric’s arrest. He left the meeting without stating if they were leaving the government.

Deputy Pime Minister Behgjet Pacolli is convinced that the Serbian List will not quit the coalition, despite the declaration of a few days ago. The Serbian leader of the Serbian Progressive Party, Nenad Rashnic, is sceptical about this matter.
