The Serbian List has decided to leave the government of Ramush Haradinaj in Kosovo, while its leader, Goran Rakic, declared that they will try to form the Association of Serbian Communes on their own.

Rakic had previously declared that they would consult President Vucic for a final decision.

Rakic considered the arrest “a brutal attack on the unarmed Serbian people”.

In response to the Kosovo Police action for arresting Marko Gjuric and expelling him from Kosovo, Serbs blocked some roads in North, a practice that has been used even before.

The situation in the city of Mitrovica remains calm, although the police presence has increased.

Marko Gjuric, the Director of the “Office for Kosovo” at the Serbian government, had entered the country without permission from state authorities. He was detained by police and removed from the country.
