Serbian Foreign Minister, Ivica Dacic, has announced a proposition
which, he says, will resolve once and for all the issues between
Prishtina and Belgrade.
Among other things, Dacic proposes changing borders with an agreement through which both parties would earn something and lose something else.
The Serbian Foreign Minister, also main ally of President Vucic, says it is time for a historic compromise: “What’s Albanian let it be Albanian, and what’s Serbian let it be Serbian”, he said, proposing to establish also an independent community of Serbian churches, based on the Greek model, and the Association of Serbian Communes.
“My proposition is real and it has interest for both Albanians and Serbs”, he writes.
