The fans of “Sorcida Sanjak”, the football team of the city of Novi
Pazar in Serbia have shouted in favor of the Kosovo independence. They
have opened a banner “Kosovo out of Serbia” and many others supporting
Kosovo’s independence.
The news was presented by the Serbian media, who say that it has happened when the local team met the Belgrade team, Cervena Zvezda. The Belgrade team replied with nationalist banners, and the Cervena Zvezda player said that such banners must not be allowed in stadiums and that the state must arrest the authors for breaking the constitutional law.
Novi Pazar is a city in Northern Serbia, the northern county of Vojvodina, where live a big part of Bosnians and the Hungarian Minority.
