The conference about Climate in Western Balkan, which was expected to be held in Tirana at 10:00, was canceled due to an incident between the Kosovo and Serbian delegations.
The Serbian delegation has refused to attend together with Kosovo as an independent country, and asked them to represent themselves with the UNMIK logo, which Kosovo refused. As result, the Serbian delegation decided to leave.
The Kosovo Minister of Environment said for the media that no one should dream of excluding Kosovo. The Albanian Minister of Environment, Blendi Klosi, said that there had been an agreement between the UN and Serbia to allow Kosovo attend the meeting, but without the right to vote.
