The European Union Ambassador to Tirana, Ettore Sequi, held a meeting
with the Socialist Party leader, Edi Rama, focusing on the electoral
process and the Central Election Commission issue.
“We discussed about the Central Election Commission, which is composed of four members. But for taking the decisions, this commission needs more than four members”, Sequi declared.
The Ambassador underlined that the European Union and United States of America share the same opinions and visions, and added that he will attend a meeting with the United States ambassador to Tirana, Alexander Arvizu.
Sequi underlined that the meeting of this Thursday with Rama was the continuing of his program to meet all the Albanian political leaders in this culminating moment of the electoral campaign.
