For the first time, the Albanian Football Federation will cooperate with
the Secret Service in a football match, starting with the tickets.

The General Secretary of the Football Federation, Ilir Shulku, says for Top Channel that the security measures will be very harsh. He asks fans to show civility and support the national team to victory.

Shulku says that the football season so far has been calm, without any anomalies with the fans, only with the field quality.

When asked about the Loro Borici stadiu and its deadline for November, Shulku said that it might be postponed for some days, However, the work is going on 24 hours a day and very soon it will be ready.

As for the problems of the clubs, Shulku said that the championship has already started an all matches have been very good so far.

Shulku is convinced that the championship of the past year was of good quality, and he hopes that this season will follow the same pace, with the Albanian teams aiming always higher in the international scene.

As for the preparations for the match with Serbia, Shulku says the measures will be harsher. With the match with Serbia there were personalized tickets, a novelty for Albania. This time we will allow only fans who will support the national team, since a positive result in that match would take us to the much wanted dream of being part of the European Championship.

When asked if it is true that the tickets are sold out without even being sold in the market, Shulku says that there have been many requests, three times more than the capacity of the stadium. The ticket sale will be done in cooperation with the State Police and specialized institutions. The first step will be selling tickets online. The biggest problem, according to Shulku, has been the “black market” with ticket prices skyrocketing outside the stadium. They hope that personalized tickets will reduce the abusive possibilities.
