The project started recently by the Tirana Municipality for turning schools into community centers, after teaching hours, has generated 120 new jobs.
Present at the Job Fair, together with Prime Minister Edi Rama, Mayor Veliaj declared that the municipality of Tirana offers 60 new jobs for cleaners and 62 for administrators who will take care of schools and gyms during the day.
“The new system has opened 62 gyms. This means that we will need 62 more cleaners and administrators. It has progressed very well. We started at the “Shkolla e Kuqe”, where 120 children were registered at once. Children are registered for basketball, judo, taekwondo, handball, volleyball. 90% of sportive classes were registered the first week”, Veliaj said.
