The Rreshen Kalimash tunnel, the major public work of the Durres-Kukes highway, has functioned today without electrical power.
The drivers must make the 2.6 km in total darkness, which is very dangerous.
It remains unknown why there is no electrical power in this part of the road.
Driving without electricity is very dangerous and could cause a tragic accident.
