The Tirana Municipality has stopped the construction works in some road
of the Albanian capital, leaving the residents among the dust and
potholes.
The bad conditions have made the traffic much worse, blocking vehicles for several minutes.
The works at the Petro Nini Luarasi boulevard have been interrupted for more than one month. “No one works here, everything has been interrupted. All they think about is the electoral campaign”, one traveler declared.
The Municipality promised that the construction works would end before the deadline, but no one is actually working. The Petro Nini Luarasi Boulevard is only one of the roads where construction work has completely stopped.
