The General Secretary of the Democratic Party, Arben Ristani, was enthusiastic about a positive result in Vlore
Ristani said for Top Channel that the low participation of Vlore
citizens is because of the fact that the Socialist voters have
boycotted.
“The participation in Vlore is 32%, very low. The average is 44% and 46%. The lack of participation is a revolt of the Socialist Party supporters. Our information shows an increasing number of Democratic Party supporters, which makes us enthusiastic for a positive result in Vlore”, he said.
The General Secretary of the Democratic Party declared that the entire electoral process has been normal and that there has been a good will from the other party for having a regular process.
