Regulation Council meets for Justice Reform, Xhafaj: “It will go for voting”

Fatmir Xhafaj, the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee for the
Justice Reform declared that the draft for the reform in question will
be sent to Parliament for voting.
He answered to the opposition, telling them that the method they are using is the same they had proposed for the decriminalization law.
He said that for the decriminalization, the had draft passed with only two signatures from MPs, Bylykbashi and Balla.
He explained that the draft will be part of the agenda and the lawmakers will review it. “This is the time for the Parliamentary groups to express their opinions on constitutional amends”.
