Shpetim Sala’s passion is to collect things, especially Albanian flags.
He has 40 in total, starting with a flag of 1905, from Shkoder, with the
alphabet on it.
On March 7th 1914, when Prince Wid landed in Albania, he was received with a ceremony and Albanian flags, one of which he has in his collection.
The most important flags in his collections are the ones with embroidering made by Albanian families, which have accompanied a historic event or that has been an inspiration for patriotic groups.
