The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, organized a meeting with the Belsh citizens at the newly built promenade by the lake of the area, build thanks to te “Urban Revival” program of the Rama government.
Belsh has really been transformed with this project, but at what cost? According to the Supreme State Audit, all tenders for improving the Belsh infrastructure have had violations.
The SSA reported to the Prosecution the Mayor of this municipality, Arif Tafani; the Director for Agriculture; former urban director, former legal officer and three other employees who observed the works in at least 10 Urban Revival projects.
