Rama: We will build the Blue Corridor

The Socialist Party leader, Edi Rama, declared in Vlore that our country
is suffering from the lack of investments and unemployment.

“According to the Institution of Statistics, Albania has lost 51.000 jobs in 4 years, while the Prime Minister needed 13 years in power to understand the importance of professional education. Failing to develop this education has caused a large unemployment of the youth. The Albanian youth has graduated from schools and can’t work, because the Albanian market doesn’t need their professions”, Rama declared.

As for the roads, Rama reiterated that the infrastructure that the government claims to have built doesn’t have the necessary standards, and the newly built roads are already being destroyed.

“We will build the Blue Corridor to connect our infrastructure with the regional one, and which will serve to the Albanian tourism”, Rama declared.

Dishonest taxation was another point on which Rama focused, promising to remove the small business tax and replace it with the progressive tax, through which the rich will pay more and the poor will pay less.

Rama promised to resolve all property issues throughout the coast, and promised to give a property certificate to everyone who has been working their lands for more than 20 years and have received no documents.
