The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, discussed free legalization with
Paskuqan citizens today, saying that the government passed the basic
amends to the legalization law.
“The amends will go to Parliament and will guarantee that we keep our promises. The amends were made due to chaotic legalizations”, Rama declared.
Rama only those with close relations to the former government were able to legalize their buildings, while poor people will now be allowed to make the legalization procedure without payment.
“We are the first ones with a concrete plan. We will not legalize crimes made to our nation. We will keep the electoral promises and will not take money from those who have build one house. Those with more than one house will pay”, Rama declared.
Rama underlined that his government will pardon all penalties created so far and that are not paid yet, adding that the infrastructure tax will be a condition for the legalization process.
The Prime Minister distributed the legalization procedures to some residents who were present.
